Temporary Closure of CustomBotForge
Dear valued customers and supporters,
I regret to inform you that CustomBotForge (custombotforge.com) is temporarily shutting down. This decision follows a serious incident that occurred at our studios last October. An armed intrusion alert led us to prioritize the immediate safety of our team. Thankfully, the situation was resolved without harm, but the emotional impact has been significant.
Additionally, this pause gives us the opportunity to address mental health challenges within the team that have existed prior to this event. We have professional help to ensure we come back stronger.
For the time being, we are unable to accept new bot creation requests, and all current orders have been put on hold. Some projects aimed at automating parts of our process are still under development, but our services remain suspended for now.

We deeply apologize for the lack of communication in recent months, but our safety and well-being had to come first. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We hope to resume operations in the future and continue bringing your creative bot ideas to life.
